Kyoto University Library Card Registration Form
Kyoto University member who does not have any IC card, needs to apply for a library card. Please submit Kyoto University Library Card Registration Form to the Uji library counter during open hours with your identification issued by Kyoto University.
If you are a non-full-time staff and have an authentication IC card, you need to register your IC card as a library card. Please bring your IC card and the Registration Form to the Uji Library counter during open hours with an official document (such as an employment certificate or employment condition) which describes the faculty you belong to, and the period you have worked.
MyKULINE Registration Form
MyKULINE is a web library prepared for every Kyoto University members. Please read Guide to Kyoto University MyKULINE and bringthe Registration Form with your ID card to the Uji Library counter during open hours.
ECS-ID (e.g. a00*****)
Kyoto University member who does not have SPS-ID (e.g. taro123kyodai) can acquire ECS-ID(an account issued by the Institute for Information Management and Communication). Please submit ECS-ID Registration Form to the Uji library counter during open hours with an official document (such as an employment certificate or employment condition) which describes the faculty you belong to, and the period you have worked.
Institute for Information Management and Communication holds a lecture about Educational Computer System on a regular basis. Students need to attend the lecture in order to use Educational Computer System by ECS-ID lecture schedule in Yoshida Campus.
