入館と退館 Entering and Leaving the Library
宇治キャンパス所属の方 Members of Uji Campus
宇治分館をご利用の際は、必ずIC学生証、認証ICカード、施設利用証をお持ちいただき、次の方法で入室してください。
When visiting Uji Library, please be sure to bring your IC Student ID, Authentication IC Card, or Facilities Use ID, and enter the library using the following method.
- 入室方法：IC学生証／認証ICカード／施設利用証を読取り機にかざして解錠してください。
- 退室方法：サムターンを回して解錠してください。一定時間経過後、自動で施錠されます。
- ENTRY: Hold your IC Student ID/Authentication IC Card/Facility Use ID over the reader of the system and unlock the door.
- EXIT: Turn the thumbturn of the door to unlock it. The door will be locked automatically after a set time period.
お手持ちのICカードが宇治地区（研究所本館）の入退館管理システムに登録されている方（夜間・休日等に研究所本館にICカード等で入館できる方）は、開館時間中に宇治分館の出入口を解錠できる設定が完了しています。
宇治地区（研究所本館）の入退館管理システムに登録していない方は申請が必要です。申請方法の詳細は以下をご覧ください。
If your IC card is already registered with the Uji Campus Main Building Access Control System (i.e., you can enter the Main Building using your card at night or on holidays), it is already configured to unlock the Uji Library entrance during opening hours. If you have not registered with the system, an application is required. For details on how to apply, please refer to the following website.

Please press the intercom.
「入館票」のご記入と身分証の提示をお願いします（入館票はWebフォームでも提出いただけます）。
Please fill in an entrance slip and show your ID card. Alternatively, you can submit it via the web form.
退室は、サムターンを回して解錠してください。一定時間経過後、自動で施錠されます。
