宇治分館をご利用の際は、必ず認証ICカードまたは施設利用証をお持ちいただき、次の方法で入室してください。
Please do not forget to bring your Authentication IC card or Facility Use card when you visit Uji Library and manage the lock management system in the following way.
認証ICカードが宇治地区（研究所本館）の入退室管理システムに登録されている方および施設利用証をお持ちの方（夜間・休日等に研究所本館に認証ICカード等で入館できる方）は、平日9時～17時の間、宇治分館の出入口を解錠できる設定が完了しています。
宇治地区（研究所本館）の入退室管理システムに登録していない方および認証ICカードをお持ちでない方は申請が必要です。申請方法の詳細は宇治地区事務部事務手続きガイド「認証ICカード（カードキー）による入退館について」をご覧ください。
Those who are able to enter the Uji Campus Main Building with the Authentication IC card or Facility Use card at night and holidays: Your card has already been registered in the system. You can unlock the doors to Uji Library with your card from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
The other people whose cards are not registered in the system or who do not have an IC card: Registration of the card in the system is required. Please refer to the guide below and make an application.

「入館票」のご記入と身分証の提示をお願いします。
Please fill in an entrance slip and show your ID card.
退室は、サムターンを回して解錠してください。一定時間経過後、自動で施錠されます。 EXIT: Turn the thumbturn of the door to unlock it. The door will be locked automatically after a set time period.
