National Diet Library: Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries

国立国会図書館がデジタル化した資料（国立国会図書館デジタルコレクション）のうち、絶版等の理由で入手が困難な資料について、宇治分館でデジタル画像の閲覧と複写ができるサービスです。
This service allows members of Kyoto University to view and request printouts of digitized materials from the National Diet Library (NDL) that are difficult to obtain due to being out-of-print or other reasons.

※このサービスで利用できるコンテンツは、「個人向けデジタル化資料送信サービス」で利用できます。ご自身のパソコン、タブレットで利用でき、印刷もできます。 個人でのご登録もご検討ください。 *The materials available through this service are also accessible via the "Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Individuals." You can access them from your own PC or tablet and print them as well. We encourage you to consider registering for an individual account.

附属図書館宇治分館 閲覧室（専用PC：1台） Reading Room, Uji Library (Dedicated terminal: 1)

利用時間 Service Hours

平日　10:00-15:00 Weekdays 10:00-15:00

専用端末の準備が必要ですので、即時対応できない場合がございます。時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。 Since the dedicated terminal requires setup time, we may not be able to provide immediate access. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

利用できる資料 Available Materials

国立国会図書館デジタルコレクションのうち、「国立国会図書館/図書館・個人送信限定」表示のある資料が対象です。検索する際に「送信サービスで閲覧可能」にチェックを入れて絞り込み検索をすることができます。 Materials marked as "Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service" in the NDL Digital Collections are eligible. You can narrow your search by checking "Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service"

閲覧　Browse

• カウンターで申込書にご記入の上、学生証・職員証・図書館利用証をご提示ください。 Please fill out an application form at the Service Desk and present your ID (Student ID, Staff ID, or Library Card).
• 専用端末で職員によるログイン後、ご利用いただけます。 Access is available after a staff member logs you into the dedicated terminal.
• デジタル画像のダウンロードや保存、カメラ等での撮影はできません。 Downloading, saving digital images, or taking photos with cameras/phones is prohibited.

複写　Printout

• 公開範囲が「図書館送信資料」である資料について、著作権の範囲内で複写ができます。 Materials with the disclosure range "Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service" can be photocopied within the limits of copyright law.
• 当該資料が学内の図書館・室に所蔵されている場合は、原則冊子体の資料の利用をお願いします。 If the material is held in any of the Kyoto University libraries, please use the physical (printed) copy in principle.
• 複写は職員が行いますので、申込書に複写希望資料の書誌情報やコマ番号をご記入ください。 Library staff will perform the printing. Please fill out the application form with the bibliographic information and frame numbers of the pages you wish to copy.
• 宇治キャンパス所属の方は、MyKULINE＞文献複写申込フォームからもお申込みいただけますが、通信欄に必ず「国立国会図書館デジタル化資料送信サービス」と入力してください。 Members of the Uji Campus can also apply via the Photocopy Request Form on MyKULINE. In this case, please ensure to enter "NDL Digitized Contents Transmission Service" in the comment field.
• 複写物は翌日以降のお渡しになります（即時対応はできかねますのでご了承ください）。 Printouts will be available from the next business day (please note that same-day service is not available).

他キャンパスの方は、「京都大学文献複写利用書」をお持ちください（公費のみ）。 Members of other campuses should bring a "Photocopy Application Form" (Public expense only).
